Why did you become involved in this organization?

A teacher at the time, I recognized that I truly valued those who had mentored me and provided me with support. Coaching was not only a parallel process of what I had received, but also would still help me grow as a professional.

What lasting lesson have you learned from Candelen?

I’ve learned to not be afraid to share my voice, welcome out-of-the-box thinking, and persevere through challenges.
