Prior to joining United Way, Rob was the CEO of the Siemer Institute, founded by Al and Barbara Siemer, with the intent to replicate and scale their homelessness prevention program. After launching in Sarasota, Florida in 2003, the Siemer Institute grew to over 50 cities throughout the country under Rob's leadership.

I look forward to continuing to advance Candelen's mission. They already have an incredible foundation of hard-working, passionate employees whose expertise and dedication I am proud and humbled to build on. With a perpetual focus on innovation, iteration, and collaboration, I'm confident we will continue meeting children and families where they are with what they need to thrive.
